PCMHA: Accepting Nominations for Board Positions

PCMHA Notice of Call for 2024-2025 

PCMHA is now accepting nominations for the following Board Positions for the 2024-2025 Season:

DIRECTOR OF REGISTRATION

Duties:  attend board meetings, organization and administration of registration of members, maintain a register of all players, coaches, officials and registered volunteers, maintain registration and payment of fees and coordinate information with board members.

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS

Duties:  attend board meetings and record/distribute meeting minutes, oversee communication of information to/from board members, coordinators, membership, coaches, etc., and oversee communications of website and social media outlets.

DIRECTOR OF OFF-ICE OPERATIONS

Duties:  maintain an equipment inventory conjunction with coordinators, manage equipment, jerseys, storage, etc., coordinate with ice schedulers, On-ice Director and board members regarding usage and schedules, coordinate with Referee in Chief, coordinate with Division Coordinators, and other duties required at start up of the season as presents.

Nominations must be completed and submitted to admin@pcmha.com by midnight on April 22, 2024.

For a nomination to be accepted and considered, the attached form must be completed, signed and submitted on time. No other method of submission will be considered. Click here for the nomination form.

Election names will be announced on May 12, 2024.

PCMHA Annual General Meeting is scheduled for May 22, 2024.  Time and place to be announced.
