U15 AA/A EVALUATION SCHEDULE
2020-10-07Prior to arriving at the rink each player must complete the COVID 19 Screening Tool for the PCWC. This form will be handed in to the team representative prior to every evaluation session when entering the PCWC.
Failure to complete this form could result in the player not being allowedinto the PCWC.
Players are asked to come to the PCWC no more than 20 minutes prior to the start of their ice time and are also encouraged to come partly dressed.
Parents will not be permitted inside the rink during the evaluations. Players will be required to proceed directly to their designated dressing room to put the remainder of their gear on.
Players will be required to leave the PCWC immediately after their evaluation session ends.
Masks must be worn at all times while inside the PCWC unless the player is on the ice.
