Ballantyne Fuel PeeWee AAA Crushers host South Shore Ice Sharks

The Ballantyne Fuel PeeWee AAA Crushers began their regular season this weekend by hosting the South Shore Ice Sharks.
In game one, the Sharks opened the scoring in the second period. The Crushers battled hard, but fell just short and were defeated 1-0. Playing in goal was Brayden Leblanc who made impressive saves to keep his team in the hunt.
On Sunday, the Sharks had a 2-0 lead at the end of the second period. Early in the third period, the Fuel Kids answered back with a goal by Ryan Green assisted by Raymond Chisholm, but the Sharks bit back with 2 more goals and won the game 4-1. Keegan Walker was solid between the pipes.
Next action for the Crushers will be on the weekend when they will travel to Yarmouth to face off against the Mariners.
